Restoration Project in Casas del Senor RTB option. We are proud to offer this lovely village house in Casas Del Señor, which is between the affluent town of Pinoso and Monovar.  The village has a couple of shops and bars in walking distance, and is only 10 mins drive to either of the larger towns.

The house has mains water and electricity and a large rear courtyard, and, although for reform, is a lovely large house with great views.  There is plenty of space for a pool to be added, and being urban, this wouldn't be an issue.

This is a liveable project, but it would require an experienced DIYer for certain aspects of the refurbishments.

Downstairs is very traditional, with wooden roof beams, large kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.  There is also understairs storage and a large open fireplace.  Access to the rear courtyard and outhouse with water heater in it.  Upstairs does require more work, as this would require the floors and some roof work to complete and bring the house back to it's former glory.
