Structurally incredible and with a Guest House that is a part cave, the guest house has a new bathroom and has space for a double bed and a kitchenette.

The ground floor is so spacious, a fabulous long lounge/diner with a feature log burning fireplace at one end. It really must be seen to be appreciated fully and the next-door neighbour is the most charming Spanish lady who wanted to come in and clean the floors when we were there as the house had been empty for a while due to the Covid restrictions.

Currently, there is, on the high side, 15,000€ of work to be done to complete the reform which would probably include changing the distribution of the upper floor as explained earlier.
